Any items purchased from exotropicalaroid.com can not be returned and exchanged. Any return package will be destroyed by Indonesia Customs when returning back to Indonesia. 

However, we do accept refund and replacement for the damaged plant's condition.

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order after 24 hours since the purchase and/or it has been shipped. If you cancel your order BEFORE the above condition or If you couldn't fulfill the import permit as the mandatory document (if it's required) in 2 weeks time after your purchase date, you will be assessed a 15% cancellation fee to cover restocking fees and the charges assessed to us for refunds by the credit card companies.

Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.

Invalid Reasons:

1. Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honor if we want to continue offering great value at Exotropical Aroid. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
