Shipping Policy

Where do you ship to?

We offer Worldwide Shipping including Asia Countries, USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Countries, Middle-East Countries, Africa, Australia with terms & conditions applied based on the country’s regulations of importing live plants. 

Where does free shipping apply to?

Free shipping applies to standard ground shipping and handling within Indonesia territory. For other countries, we offer a free shipping feature with a minimum purchase requirement of $600*. If your order meets this criteria, the shipping cost will be calculated as “0” (free) at the checkout section.

How much does the shipping cost?

We offer free shipping to Indonesia territory, while for other countries, you will see the shipping cost listed at checkout. It varies based on your order and country destination starting from $40 for the first item and additional shipping cost at $5 each. 

How long does the processing time take?

For domestic purchase (within Indonesia territory), we will ship the plants immediately with the fastest delivery schedule.


For international purchase, the processing time from the order payment is approximately 2 business weeks for obtaining the export permit and phytosanitary certificate as the mandatory documents for exporting live plants from Indonesia. Import permits will be required to obtain the phytosanitary certificate for selected countries depending on the destination country’s regulation on importing live plants. Please kindly check the shipping regulation section for more details.


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone number.

Which carrier is used for shipping?

We use DHL Express, UPS, EMS, (door-to-door services) or direct Air Cargo (port-to-port services) for shipping our packages. For wholesale order, we recommend to use direct air cargo service for faster shipping durations (custom clearance process using direct air cargo will be borne by buyer and the shipping cost only covers the international airport at destination country). 

Without any notification from the buyer, we will use DHL Express as the shipping carrier by default.

Can I change my shipping carrier?

Yes you can. Please inform us maximum 24 hours after you place the order.

How long does delivery take?

Once the export documents (export permit and phytosanitary certificate) are acquired, we will ship the order within 2-3 business days with the fastest shipment schedule to your country. Normally, it will take 2-7 business days to reach the destination address. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If your order hasn’t arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact our support team at support@exotropicalaroid.com.

Can you provide me with a tracking number?

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You will get a notification directly from the shipping carrier via email or SMS and also confirmation of delivery from us by email.


Please keep monitoring the shipment status until the package is delivered. Any additional information if it’s required by the destination country’s custom must be fulfilled immediately to accelerate the shipment delivery.

I've entered the wrong shipping address, can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible at support@exotropicalaroid.com, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it.


We should not be responsible if you entered an incomplete and/or incorrect shipping address. Our system automatically processes orders and just follows what you supplied.

Can you send Internationally?
